Here are the basics

Rates:

• 2 Adult Occupancy:  $135 per night.  Each extra adult (adults=18 or older) will cost an additional $40 per night. 
• Children are FREE!
• Note:  No more than 7 people (adults and children combined) are allowed in The Forest House.  That's it---taxes, fees, and all that other stuff is included in this rate.  
• 2-night minimum stay requirement.  We really hated to make this change, but it is very costly and time consuming to prepare the home for a one night stay. 

Rate Examples:

• Here are some examples 
1. 2 adults will cost $135 per night.
2. 2 adults and 2 children will cost $135 per night
3. 4 adults will cost $215 per night
4. 4 adults and 2 children will cost $215 per night
5. 4 adults and 4 children will.....can't do that----only 7 people are allowed to stay at The Forest House.
